Phone Systems

Telephone Systems

DXE

The DXE is your media communication gateway integrating via telephony or IP interfaces all your voice, PC's, LAN, voice and fax traffic onto a common open standards based application platform.

ASPIRE

Aspire is an enterprise IP telephony solution from NEC. It allows businesses and organisations to converge their voice and data network to secure the many advantages of IP telephony, whilst enjoying the hundreds of features that they have come to expect from the DXE phone systems.

Xn120

Xn120 For too long, the most powerful and innovative telephone systems have only been within the reach of large corporations. With the new XN120 this is no longer the case. Designed to satisfy the growing needs of small and medium businesses, this is a professional, flexible and easy to use voice communication system at a price that makes perfect sense.

VOIP

Voice over Internet Protocol or VoIP is the most talked-about strategy of the past couple of years, but is it a winner? One of those ‘right’ choices?

If one judges by the overwhelmingly positive early response, the answer is a very clear ‘Yes’. VoIP is a concept whose time has come; it is of huge importance to all markets.

Voice over Internet Protocol is wholly different from Internet Telephony. Simply put VoIP is a language that permits the human voice to be carried in data-packet format. In such format voice conversations can be carried and handled by exactly the same network and equipment, and over the same infrastructure that is in everyday use for data transmissions.

A VoIP solution consists of special telephone handset equipment that converts voice to data, special switches that direct that data to its destination software that ensures that the data is reconverted at its destination into recognisable human voice.

HybridIT  provides a range of VoIP or IP phone systems, for help and advice.

Helpdesk

HybridIT are recognised for providing first class support and maintenance of PBX and Convergent Communication Systems.

HybridIT customer service group provides a professionally managed national helpdesk service acting as a single point of contact for customers with technical questions. Covering areas such as telephone support, service ordering, fault reporting and network management.

Project Management

HybridIT will assign a fully qualified PMI certified project manager to oversee the project from start to finish. A typical installation will include these key steps:

  • Initial project orientation meeting: to identify the site, the configuration of the switch, feature plans, layout of equipment and feasibility, and a thorough inspection

  • Demonstration: presentation of equipment and project plan to all involved

  • Business needs examination: HybridIT will work with the client to identify how they see the system working, and the customer service model they wish to provide. This is a key discussion, ensuring that HybridIT sets up the telephone system to best meet those business needs.

  • Go live day: the Project Manager, technicians and trainers attend the first day of service. The emphasis is very much on communication and 'handholding' as a client starts to use the new technology. Most initial training is accomplished on this day, depending on requirements.

  • Training schedules: with the client, we will agree a training and development schedule for staff. To maximize your investment in equipment and ensure staff are confident in using systems, HybridIT provides a comprehensive training service. Click here for more details.

  • Evaluation and evolution: HybridIT and the client will schedule a de-brief meeting after implementation, and also discuss the potential growth and development of the system in future.

We will be on hand to offer expert advice throughout the project. Only when you are entirely satisfied that all systems are in place will your Project Manager pass ownership of the project to you.
